Hi! My name is Will. I work as a Financial Analyst for a digital media company in Midtown Manhattan. I work 3 days a week in office and work from home the other 2 days .Looking for a roommate(s) to sign a lease with after living by myself for the last 2 years. I’m generally quiet and keep to myself but really like and appreciate conversation. I'm fairly outgoing. I’m responsible, welcoming, clean, respectful of space and well organized. I'm a huge sports fan, like spending time with friends, video games and live music. Planning on taking up golf soon. I travel occasionally though moreso to visit friends and family and go to events rather than vacation. I do not smoke or do drugs. I don't drink alcohol while at home. I don't have any pets .
I am very flexible with the move in date as long as it's beyond August 1st. I don't have to leave my current apartment but I want to move so I am not on any particular timeline. Also a perk of my job is free cable (I work for a cable replacement streaming company) so one less thing to worry about.
I'm open to NYC and Jersey.

Looking for a Roommate in a Great New Building
Hi I'm Will. I'm a financial analyst for a digital media company in Midtown Manhattan.
I recently took a tour of a brand new building in Downtown Newark. And I fell in love with it. The building is great. The rooms are very spacious. Floor to ceiling windows so there is lots of light. Washer and Dryer in unit. The building is literally steps from Newark Penn Station. It's a very easy commute into the city. Especially if you have to commute to lower Manhattan. As well, it's perfect for someone who like to travel with Amtrak being right there and Newark Airport being very accessible. There’s a gym (If you find it inadequate Blink Fitness is a block away), game room and co-working center and multiple patios. A second floor deck and a rooftop. Garage parking is also available if you have a car though parking is paid per space and double spaces are available for a discount.
I am looking for someone to join me on a lease of at least 12 months but I’m open to doing a longer lease. The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms so you will have your own private bathroom. Utilities aside from electricity are included. Internet and parking if you have a car are also not included in the rent. Also the apartments I’m looking at range from $2850-$3100 rent per month total. The apartments at the high end are lofts.
