I’m looking to move into an apartment in Dallas (Lower Greenville, Uptown, Deep Ellum) around August. I work on the road 70% of the time and from home remotely 30% of the time. It really doesn’t make sense to rent a place on my own since I am never there. Example: I relocated from Houston in January and haven’t been “home” for more than a week.

I’m 33 and work in performing arts education, so I would prefer somebody in the same age range as me as opposed to the age of my students 🙃 V open minded with gender/orientation/beliefs- as long as we have shared views in living habits and if we get along/share a transparent, mutually respectful place. I am really clean/organized and mess really stresses me out 🫠 When I am at home I love a movie/tv session, crafts, being outdoors, festivals in the city, concerts/shows, working out and spending time with friends & family. I don’t drink, but don’t mind if you do if you’re reasonable about it. No pets, but love cats and dogs fs.

I’m currently touring apartments with an incredible locator named Karin & would love to find a roommate who’s willing to go in on a 2 bedroom/2bathroom around $2000/mo. Like I said, August is ideal but I’m open to later for the right person & place.

I have references. I own most every kitchen necessity you can imagine. You’ll be alone in the pad quite a bit, especially during my travel season. I’m down to clown most of the time. My love language is gift giving. I’ll help you write text messages and emails when you get writers block. I’ll go to the gym with you. If you have a pet, it will love me.
