Closest trains are E, M, R, W, F, and 7 and it’s only a 15-20 min train ride into Manhattan! It’s a super convenient spot with a lot of cafes, restaurants, and a Trader’s Joe nearby. Looking for someone who could do a 12 month lease and move in is either end of the month/Nov 1st

I never really have guests over, but I love to go out with friends on the weekends! I also like to keep my space super clean bc clutter stresses me out haha.
