great room in a great apartment with 2 great girls
Great room in a 1st floor 3 bedroom apartment building. Gets alot of sunlight during the day and has a fire escape. The room is leased separately from all the other rooms so you won't have to worry about everyone else paying their rent on time. Currently their are two other girls living in the apartment, one has a small dog. The neighborhood as a lot of restaurants and stores in the area and its close to the A, C and 1 trains.
