Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate in their 20s to move into a room that will be available around September 19th. We are located in Mt. Vernon, Baltimore. Rent would be $950, excluding utilities. We would split the ultilites three way.
As a nails technician and a nurse, we love to socialize by hosting family dinners, game nights, movie nights, and running a book club. You are more than welcome to join us!
This is a pet house. We have three dogs and one cat. They are put away when we aren't home, but the cat is allowed to roam freely.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Our current roommate will be moving out in September, so we want to take our time to find someone to move in and get to know them beforehand.
