I am a 29-year-old professional guy that works from home and enjoys camping and the outdoors. Since I work from home, I need to have things relatively quiet Monday thru Friday, generally from 9am to 6pm (occasionally I have to assist my clients a bit longer but that’s not the norm). I have a beautiful room available in a 2 bedroom condo on the second floor in Mesa, AZ. I’m offering a private bedroom and bathroom fully furnished with a bed, dresser, night stand, sheets and towels. I have tested wifi speeds in the room as being over 475 Mb/s on a wifi 6 capable device, meaning working from home, gaming, or web use in general will be lag-free experiences for you. The condo has a balcony, central A/C, dishwasher, and a newly installed in-unit washer/dryer. You will have a dedicated parking space and the use of the community pool and hot tub. The shared Internet and Electric are $200 per month in addition to your rent.
The condo is located on Guadalupe Road between Alma School Road and Arizona Avenue. This location is close to Chandler and Tempe, 10 minutes to the 101, 5 minutes to the US 60, 15 minutes to the Price Corridor tech/financial companies, 15 minutes to Tempe Town Lakes tech/financial companies and 15 miles southeast of Downtown Phoenix. There are a lot of restaurants, gyms and stores close to the condo. Basically, we have all of the amenities you’d want in a quiet condo complex.
