- The flat is located at a 10 min walk from the Georgia Tech campus
- Access to a pool and a small community garden 🪻🌿🐛
- Rent is 990 USD plus utilities (around 80 USD)
- 1 parking spot (free, I don't have a car)
- Laundry and dryer in the unit
- Private bathroom
- Deposit is 1 month rent
I am a 28 yo female from Spain, and I am working as a postdoc at the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering ⚗️
