Room in Williamsburg starting Dec 1
I'm looking for someone to take over my room in the top floor unit of a Williamsburg townhouse beginning ASAP. The apartment is newly renovated with 3bds/1bth, a washer/dryer in the unit, and a virtual doorman. The room comes unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. I've already moved out so the room is available for immediate move-in. I have two female roommates both in their mid-twenties and currently working from home.
I'm looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease which runs through July 2021. Due to the current real estate market in NYC, our landlord is providing us the last month rent-free. Please message me for more details!
