Bedroom isn't furnished so it is ready for you to personalize

-Two bathrooms! One full bath and one half bath...so we each get our own toilet but share the shower/tub. Big drawer space under the bathroom sink.

-Laundry in building!

-Rent: $1275
- Utilities not included in rent (gas: $10ish each, optimum: $22 each, heat: changes by season, was high in winter this year ($175-200 each) but by the time you move in it will be in the range of ($115-125 each for spring/summer/fall)

-income 40x the rent, guarantors welcomed
credit check fee ($20)

-Rooftop/patio access, plus a basement

-Bedrooms and living room have individual heat/ac units with remote control

-There's actually a closet for storage in the living room, I know, a rarity!
Also a storage closet outside the apartment door in the stairwell

-shared living space is furnished

-Pretty skylights in the living room/kitchen hehe (asmr when it rains)

-5 min walk to the J, 10 min walk to the M

My name is Jessie, nice to meet you :)
I am 28, caregiver (work in jersey 3 days a week so you'll have some time to yourself part of the week)
I am personable, silly, creative, and easy going. Looking for someone who is great at open communication so we can live together in peace and make this a safe space! Also someone who is independent, not necessarily just keeping to yourself but gets out of the apartment from time to time and of course--mindful/respectful of each others space.
Prefer someone female identifying or queer
I am not against having guests over but just be mindful of how often/how late. Since the apartment is small, I rather keep parties outside the apartment. You're more than welcome to use the roof tho in the warmer weather!
Weed friendly, just crack a window but no cigarettes plz
My roommate currently has a dog so I will consider pets
