I’m usually working and often out. I’m a clean and organized person. I’d prefer other roommates that are relatively clean and organized but it’s not a deal breaker. I don’t smoke and if others want to smoke I hope it would be outside or in their respective rooms with the door closed. Don’t mean to sound picky, I’m just being upfront. If roommates have kids or pets I don’t mind. I don’t play loud music or come back at crazy hours of the night. I don’t drink, but if others do it’s fine by me. Never been evicted, always pay rent early. Credit score is around 765.

I've never heard of Diggz. I don't know if this will lead to anything. I'm looking for a northern Delaware room. Wilmington or Claymont.
