Hey guys!! My name is Rayne Mendel and I graduated from UGA in December with a degree in hospitality and food industry management. I am currently working at a country club near Athens. My roomie is leaving in August so I am searching for a new one to share my cozy townhome with. The lease would run from August 1 2025 to July 31 2026.
Rent is $850 + utilities. No Pets.
A little bit about the space:
It’s a 2bed, 2.5bath on Barnett Shoals Rd in The Woodlands, a gated community. There is a huge pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and we have a small gym! There is plenty of free parking available. The complex is beautiful and only 10 minutes from downtown/campus but it is quiet and woodsy. I do have a small (but can be loud) Pomchi who would be staying with us most of the time. However, my landlady will not allow any more pets so my new roomie must be pet-free, sadly. The whole townhome is furnished, except for the bedroom.
A little bit about me:
I work a lot but I love to go out as well! I enjoy traveling, reading, and going DT Athens. I would looove to be friends with my new roomie. I’m very easy to get along with, and my main request is please keep the common areas clean! I have friends and my boyfriend over occasionally during the week. I am also out of town a good bit so you would have the space to yourself during those times.
