Available Room for Rent
Two rooms for rent in townhouse in Tempe
At the end of February I will have two rooms available in the townhouse I’m renting. My current roommate had to move due to a career change so I am looking to fill the remaining tow rooms. They both have their own bathrooms. One is upstairs and the smallest room, that is renting for 1000. The room downstairs is a bit bigger and has a patio with stairs that lead out to the backyard, that room is 1200. All roommates will split electricity ( about 250 a month) water (70 a month) and Cox (100 a month). I do have a dog, he is a 6 year old lab collie that is very well behaved and quiet.
The townhouse is partially furnished, my roommate is taking the dining table and tv so as of right now it’s a coffee table and couch. There is a down stairs room that we were using for storage and that can be utilized by all roommates. The home also has a two car garage and spare parking, I pay will pay extra for a parking spot in the garage if another roommate would like to do so as well.
