Room for Rent in a House in Sherman Oaks
Currently looking for a roommate for December onward for a house in Sherman Oaks that I'm renting.
It has a front yard, big back yard with lots of plants and fruit trees, in-unit washer/dryer, large kitchen, a large living room and dining room, plenty of street parking, is very close to the 101 and 405, and close to lots of restaurants and shops on Ventura Blvd.
The house is already furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished. Rent is $1550/month plus utilities, with a security deposit of one month rent and a small application fee. Month to month lease.
