i am a laid back cool dude from Massachusetts 48 y/o with a bird who you will be living with,
a Parrot. So you must be able to tolerate birds. So No Cats, sorry Can't risk it. Dogs are ok as long as they are a good boy or girl and you can promise they wont eat my bird.

i work from home - i am always here , and i am up all night but i wont bother you and i keep the noise way down.
Rent for the house is sky high 2900 plus utilities so i am trying to split it 3 ways
Room 1 $900
Room 2 & 3 - $1100 you get both rooms and they are attached by your private bathroom kinda cool actually.
Room 4- $1200 Master bedroom & Master bathroom
or if you can pay $1700 you can take the master and we can split this place in half.
