Hello, my name is Richard Britton. 34 years old nonsmoker, recently moved into the area from Oakland, CA and am looking to find a room to rent. I have proof of Covid vaccination (both shots, Pfizer) and recently tested negative. Out going but not in the party scene so much anymore. Currently looking for a job at the same time, but have the means to maintain myself for at least a year. I enjoy a clean space and am responsible for my own house keeping.
