Hi there! I’m looking for a new roommate to share a gorgeous, spacious townhouse in the highly desirable Hancock Park right near All Season Brewing. This upscale, safe neighborhood comes with its own parking spot, and living here has been an absolute dream so far.

The townhouse features a huge living room, dining room, a massive kitchen, and a sunny, spacious bedroom. There’s also a backyard with a fireplace and plenty of room to relax and enjoy comfortable living.

The available room can be furnished with a bed or left unfurnished—your choice! It includes a decent-sized closet with shelves, plus additional storage space throughout the house.

I currently live here with my friendly, easygoing Golden Retriever/Husky mix. I’m looking for a clean, respectful roommate who’s easy to live with. I’m very open-minded—you’re welcome to have guests, entertain, and pretty much do as you please, as long as the place is kept tidy and well-maintained.
