just looking for a roommate to share house expenses. i have a large room in the large room in the back of the house where I spend most of my time when I not working. So you pretty much have the run of the house. Being french, cooking is my thing, and always made my roommate very happy, sharing my meal, since cooking a french meal for one is almost impossible and i hate to waste food.

Great location, safe and confortable living
At the foot of Shadow Mountain (great for hiking), and minutes away from Paradise Valley shopping center. Large living room with a fireplace, access to fully equipped kitchen, fridge with filtered water and ice maker, washer drier in the hallway, parking on property in front of the house. The rent is 575$ a month with a 500$ deposit. For one person only, no pets, i already have a cat who loves people but hate any other cat or dog. The room is furnished with a brand-new bed, desk, chair, nightstand, ceiling fan and darkening blinds and curtain for your confort. Looking for a professional to share a peaceful living lifestyle.
