Looking to fill large UWS room!
My roommate and I are looking to fill a spacious bedroom (19ft by 10ft!) in our beautiful 3bed/1ba apartment at 101st & Broadway starting July 1st. Pet friendly.
We have lived here for a year and love the apartment, building, and neighborhood. You would be signing onto a 1-year lease with us. We are two females in our early 20s (young professional and grad student). Building is prewar with 2 elevators, door person, and laundry on the floor. Large kitchen with plenty of countertop and cabinet space. Eat-in dining space next to kitchen is 10 by 8ft. Coat closet and additional storage in hallway. This is a perfect location - 5 min walk to the 123, 8 min to Whole Foods, 14 min to Trader Joes, and 2 avenue blocks away from Riverside Park and Central Park.
