I am currently moving out of my apartment and am looking for a replacement asap in our 1,208 sqft 3 bed 2 bath. Rent is 700/month flat. We signed our 12 month lease in may of this year. Larkspur West Linn is located at the bottom of Hidden Springs Rd, just 5 minutes from i-205. Our property manager is super kind, very patient and understanding.

Apartment amenities include, quartz countertops, big windows, a large private deck, in-unit washer/dryer, generously sized closets, dishwasher and other energy efficient appliances. Community amenities include a BBQ/picnic area, a garden, dog park, package lockers, outdoor fire pits and on-site maintenance. My two roommates have the assigned parking spots so there is no parking fee and there is LOTS of guest parking. I never have trouble finding a spot, as it is a private lot with on-site towing.

The roommate you would be sharing a bathroom with is 20 and works full time, she is fairly unorganized but contains her mess to her room and is very mindful of keeping the common areas clean. My other roommate is 21 and unemployed, currently enrolling into school. He’s the messier one between the two of them but he is quick to clean up after himself given a reminder.

Photos of the apartment above mimic our layout and have been taken from our complex’s website. Smoking is prohibited on-site (per the lease) but it’s totally cool to smoke in the parking lot. There are currently two cats in the apartment, unfortunately we cannot consider adding anymore cats/dogs as our lease agreements states two animals max (rodents/reptiles/arachnids are okay).
