hey y'all! hope you're doing well. i'm subletting my room in a 3bed/1bath apartment here in Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn bordering Clinton Hill. the crossing streets are quincy street and tompkins avenue for reference :) can come furnished or unfurnished!

♡ $850/month + utilities that are usually around $50-70 split between my two other roommates, melissa and jose.

spacious place with a fire escape and rooftop access, laundry in building! 5 minutes from herbert von king, 15 minutes from kingston-throop C train and 15 minutes from bedford-nostrand G train. super close to B52 bus which can take you pretty much anywhere in brooklyn.

✿ about the roommates: melissa is a recent SVA graduate who works a full time job, and jose is currently a pratt student studying graphic design. they're both super sweet, easy to communicate with, and helpful when it comes to cleaning around the house and respectful of shared spaces. they usually aren't around most of the time, so you will get the apartment mostly all to yourself i would say 90% of the time.

✿ about you: girls and lgbtq+ only. chill, lgbtq+ and 420 friendly, creative is a plus :) respectful of shared spaces, must be willing to abide by the cleaning schedule we have that rotates every week.

in light of COVID, i unfortunately have to leave this apartment so ideally, i would like to find someone who can move in late december or january 1st, the move in date is flexible though so even if these don't work for you still reach out and we can work somethin' out!
