As for myself, I’m an eccentric, free-spirited, zen person. I’m a visual artist, humbling tattoo artist in the making and a huge music lover with tastes from modern death metal to 60s/70s classics. I tend to keep to myself, but I love making enriching, deep connections with people.

I treat others’ space and property as I’d expect vice versa and never overstep boundaries. I’m very easy to approach and get along with. As an open, honest, fluid communicator, I don’t shy from conflict and believe as long as there’s respect and open-mindedness, you can get to the root of any issue while still honoring the perspectives of everyone involved.

I’m respectful and conscious of common courtesy in any shared living environment. I myself am tidy and keep up with chores, and will even go over and beyond to do maintenance-like tasks if they need to be done i.e. repairs or yard work. I’ve never had any issues with past roommates and rent is always paid on time, in full. I’ve also never been evicted or asked to leave a living situation.
