Hi, my name's Lotus :) I'm 26, work in software engineering in downtown M-F, and love cooking and music! I like to relax at home, and I'd like to say I'm a bit of an introvert, but I also appreciate having friends to chill with while doing our own things.

Furnished bedroom with queen bed available in a recently remodeled 2b2b condo with hardwood floors! There's a newly installed washer and dryer in-unit, and the super sunny shared living space opens up into two separate spacious balconies.
It's super conveniently located, just 2 blocks away from the Northgate transit center where multiple buses can get you downtown in under 30 minutes. It's walking distance to the mall and theater, and there's a ton of free street parking in the neighborhood. We're on the third floor of the secure-entry building, with long-term friendly neighbors :)
Price includes all utilities, including water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and wifi. I'm hoping to find a roommate who will stay anywhere from a few weeks to up to 6 months, but lease length is negotiable!
