Hi! I manage and tend bar at a locally owned restaurant in Denver, and have been in the service industry for 20 years. I spend a fair amount of time at work, but pretty regular hours, no super late nights or early mornings. I am laid back, but clean and tidy. Most of my free time is spent gardening, hiking, and cooking delicious vegetarian meals. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, and taking my (mostly) mild-mannered black lab, Drake, on adventures. Would be open to another dog as long as they get along. (No cats per the landlord.)

Westminster Home to Share
The home is spacious (just shy of 2000 square feet), with a fully finished basement. The rooms are on the smaller side, but we would each have two rooms to ourselves. How we split the space is certainly negotiable. Hardwood floors throughout the whole house. The backyard is spacious, feneced in, with a vegetable garden and some flowers as well.
The location is very accessible, with all the major highways close by. Halfway between Denver and Boulder, it allows for a quick trip into the city, or up into the mountains. There is also an RTD station about a half mile away!
