Looking for a roommate for a 3 bedroom penthouse in the lower east side.
Our one roommate is moving out and we want to stay in the apt as its a really cool spot so looking to fill the room.
Overall me and my roommate are pretty go with the flow guys. I work in finance and he works at google. Enjoy sports, going out on weekends, bars etc. The usual NYC stuff.
The penthouse has huge windows and lighting, brand new building, prime location, large balcony with an awesome view of the city, 2 bathrooms and a large living room area.
Overall we have alot of fun but are pretty quiet during the week.
