Private Master bedroom suite near the beach
Huge master suite with its own private entrance on the first floor.
This master suite consists of a large room (14'*15') with high ceilings, large walk-in closet, separate shower, large tub, two sinks and toilet.
The room is located on the ground floor and can be accessed through the back yard (accessed by side entrance). Complete privacy.
The room is rented as a 'stand alone' unit and will not have access to the rest of the house. However back yard and patio are shared.
Option to have a small kitchenette in the patio (microwave), coffee machine
Option to rent the room furnished or unfurnished.
Furniture consists of a king size bed, dresser, night stands.
The house is located walking distance from the beach.
All utilities included. We are looking for a single person to rent the room.
