Two private bedrooms available for rent in single story four bedroom two bathroom Mira Mesa house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Currently one bedroom is occupied by my nephew early 30s who works full time received his masters degree in applied statistics and if you need help with Statistics homework he is the guy. Josh is originally from NJ, works remotely for a bank but goes in once a week. Convenient access to 15/805 freeway and 15 minute drive to UCSD (8 miles). Two full size fridges in kitchen and washer/dryer access in garage. 1 driveway parking spot, plenty of street parking. 1 shared bath between two rooms. Each room has individual closet space. No smoking, no pets. The home is literally split in half for excellent privacy trust me the only time you will see my nephew is in the kitchen or going out the front door. My daughter may stop by for a visit she once in awhile.
Larger Room (115 square feet) - $1100
Smaller room (probably won’t be occupied you are more than welcome to use room as a study since there is a good size desk.
Rent includes internet but other utilities(gas/electricty/water) will be split between 2. Since room is on same side as yours it will be female only contingent upon approval of current occupants.
House is kept clean with quiet hours scheduled by occupants. Minimum 6 month lease term, one month rent of security deposit required for move in. Most recent pay stubs/credit checks/co signer may be required. Since you are a student I will waive the security deposit + credit check + paystubs + co-signer. I’m a firm believer in trust a lease agreement is fine.
