I'm 31 and work in finance (wfh at the moment but that will change). I have two little dogs so you'd have to be ok with dogs but we cannot have anymore pets. I'm a single guy and pretty laid back. I used to work in bars in college so I've had enough of the party scene so there's no craziness to worry about. That said I still drink and am 420 friendly. The roommates I've had in the past have been mostly women but have also had male roommates so it doesn't matter too much.

I'll be moving into a condo in Desert Ridge on August 1st. It's three stories, the first having two separate attached garages, the second has a kitchen, living room, and bedroom and private bathroom. The top floor would be the master where I'd be living. The community has multiple pools, a gym, and the clubhouse has a room with multiple pool tables and a home theatre room. The community is private and gated and the room comes with a private garage.
