Hey! My name is Carlos Olivella. I am 24 years old. I'm looking for 1-2 roommates around my age in NYC because I’m pursuing a Masters degree at NYU starting in September 2021.

I consider myself an organized and clean person. I'm not obsessive with it by any means, but I do prefer clean social areas at least. In terms of social events, I'm 100% looking for people to go out with and meet new people. I probably won't host things at my place, but I don’t have any problem with roommates hosting a few things.

I don't have pets but am absolutely open to having one. Preferably a dog.

I usually spend my free time working out, going out to eat/drink, watching Netflix/Youtube, or playing video games. Also love sports so would be down to go to games or play soccer/tennis on the weekends. Am also interested in travelling a bit around NY state because I basically only know Manhattan.
