Hey there! Have you ever wanted to live with some interesting eclectic people who are very successful? We have a few rooms opening up next month in a wonderful mansion in RSF if you seek a positively charged social living experience! I say that and yet we all live our separate lives fairly independently, but come together for special social gatherings and dinners! This home has been open to community living for over 10 years and we have an amazing network of people we still keep in touch with for events, dinners, and socials!

If you're looking for an awesome spacious new room in a luxurious home to kick it with some kind-hearted and cool people, consider living with a group of young professional men and women in their 20's and 30's. We are very entrepreneurial, open-minded, supportive, and social! International peeps are totally welcome too!
Do you appreciate dinner conversations about intellectually stimulating topics ranging from the holistic arts, to music, to yoga, to crystals, to tarot, to start-ups, to Burning Man, to crypto, to organic foods? If so, drop by and see about joining us in an amazing mansion instead of paying for an overpriced studio or condo!

We love camping, relaxing on the beach, living sustainably, playing with our animals, traveling on road trips to the mountains or vegas, snowboarding, yoga, board games, dancing at music festivals, and tending to our organic garden! We're also into cooking together for dinner parties so all types of foodies are welcome- healthy eaters get extra style points from the house nutritionist 🙂 One of us is plant-based too!

We used to host lots of gatherings, bbq's, dinners, themed parties, and play board games and now is the perfect time to move in because we’re bringing them back. The house might appear to be busy with several people, however, the house is ginormous (over 5500 sq ft) and super quiet 95% of the time since we all work professionally and travel a lot. We respect the common space too and keep it ultra clean and tidy.

So if you're intrigued, do tell us a little about yourself and consider coming by and meeting us over the phone or in person! Creative, ambitious people always seem to find us! We are a unique soul fam living drama-free and all love to learn about art, music, dance, and spirituality. Feel free to use the house space to co-create events too! Our household is super low-stress and we appreciate living with super considerate clean peeps who love to inspire us to be the best version of ourselves!

We have several spacious rooms open as a few of the roomies are getting their own house together in a different city. They will be missed but you can meet them to see how awesome our time for years has been together! The mansion is over 5000 sq feet and located inland from Del Mar, just before Fairbanks Ranch. It's a 5-minute drive to the 5 freeway off Via de la Valle and 10 minutes to the beach. The home comes furnished with a pool table, huge dining room table for dinners with friends, huge kitchen (3 fridges), deck perfect for BBQ's, and plenty of other furniture. There's also additional furniture and some storage space in the garage too. We also get the house cleaned every month or two to make sure the vibe is extra tidy for the common spaces. The rooms are super spacious with high ceilings. I can furnish them for a little extra if you're interested. All but one room shares a bathroom so keep that in mind. Well-trained quiet animals are welcome too. Utilities are not included!

About us...
One of the guys is a pole vaulter from Princeton originally from the bay area, one of the women was a ski instructor and loves music festies, another woman works as a massage therapist, one of the women is an architect and fabulous wino, one gentleman is passionate about politics and is from Santa cruz hence the surfing addiction, one of the gents is a professional gambler/entrepreneur and avid runner, one of the guys started a food bar company and is hilarious, and another gentleman is working for a tech company and loves to hike serious trails!

We are indeed an eclectic group of people but we all get along super without any drama. We want to keep that vibe. We all work hard and support each other along our different paths as best as we can!
