Home in SW Lakewood - We Like Aquariums - Fragrance Free

I have a 3,200 sq ft home in SW Lakewood that Is home for me and my middle schooler. We're looking for a renter to share some space. We have a few fresh water aquariums and are open to another. No to dogs and cats. No to smokers, heavy drinkers, and partiers. We might be open to a single parent with a child under the right circumstances.

Choice of a room on the main floor or in the finished basement. The basement has a full bath steps away from the bedroom. Would expect to share kitchen and other common areas. Includes an off-street parking spot.

The photos were taken as our last roommate was moving and some of their stuff is obviously visible in the pics.

Plans for installing an egress window for the basement bedroom are in the works, and that should be finished within the next month. The basement common area has a large TV, theater couch, pool table, and ping pong table.

My son and I suffer from some allergies and we try to live a (mostly) fragrance-free life. Perfume, cologne, scented soap, candles, fragranced laundry products, scented lotions, air fresheners, etc. have mostly been eliminated from our home and our lives. We would need someone who respects and embraces that aspect of our lives. Please feel free to ask if you'd like more info about all that.
