Available Room for Rent
Spacious Private Room With Laundry in House, Large Backyard
Looking for good fit of a roommate replacement as one is moving into his own apartment. The group of four still occupying are young male professionals in their mid-20s, all great friends with different schedules, and have lived together the past couple years.
The room to be made available is on the first floor of the two-story house. There are two others downstairs, and two upstairs, with each floor having its own full bathroom. Laundry is in the garage. We are pretty lax when it comes to schedules, and don't really get into each other's way as we set great standards for cleanliness and respect of other's time, privacy, and noise levels. We are also pretty lax on visitors, within reason.
Rent is $875 plus utilities, due at the 1st of every month. The landlords unfortunately do not allow any cats or dogs; any smaller pets we can have a conversation about. We look forward to hearing from you!
