Hi --- My roommate and I are looking for our third for our apartment on the UES - specifically, 1256 Lexington. We've literally moved in everything, and handled the paperwork, so all you have to do is move your stuff in to our third room. The apartment is massive, the room can be discussed rent distribution but at the moment it would cost $1,600 a month.
