Chill roommate, two cats w/ room in House
Recently moved into my new home and still setting up and settling in and have an open bedroom for rent.
Shared space is large and open. Kitchen is sizeable and sleekly designed. Living room has large mounted tv and Sonos sound system for watching movies. Gym/yoga space is set up and constantly being improved in garage. Backyard is private with large fence, a greenhouse and hot tub off of porch.
Your room: At the end of the hall; one window, large closet. Partial furnishing available. An office acts as a buffer between your room and mine.
About me: Mid 30's, active. Work from home but leaves the house several times a week to train martial arts. On Saturdays, I will often be in the kitchen preparing a large pot of beans for a community organization that I work with.
Is a music enthusiast but doesn't play. You will also share the home with two sweet cats who can be kept out of your room.
