Share 3b2b at Arbors of Brentwood
Hello, this is Jerry.
I just rent a 3b2b at Arbors of Brentwood, which has super nice apartments and neighborhood. The move in date is Sep 2nd. The rent is $1871 and I'm looking for just one roommate to share, so each person will be $935 (before utilities). You can check the apartment in their website, https://bhmanagement.com/communities/arbors-of-brentwood-apartments/, or the attached floor plan here. The master room plus living room will be yours. And the other two bedrooms on the right site will be mine. We will share the patios, kitchen, dining space and the Washer/Dryer. It has 1289 sqft, so it will be very spacious.
About myself, I'm a 28 male working near Brentwood at normal 9-5 schedule five days a week. I'm pretty easy going, quiet and most of the time I'll do my own business, but if you want to hang out, I'm happy to go with you. Dogs or cats are welcome as long as they are in your area.
