Master bedroom and bathroom
3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Great location located right next to a Publix, gas stations, 3 miles from i-95 and 4 miles from the turnpike. It is just my son and I living here, I am 72 he is 32. We stay to ourselves and are pretty quiet. We do not party or anything. We need a female over 45ish to rent the unfurnished master bedroom. It has a full private bathroom. It's a good size room, with a full walk-in closet and vanity area. We have enclosed patio and you will get your own parking spot.
Nice, safe, and friendly neighborhood.
