Hello! My roommate and I are looking to fill our 3rd room starting April 1st, or whenever you’d like to move in April at a pro-rated rate, for at least until the end of the lease (July 30th) or potentially longer.

Apartment has 2 full bathrooms, living room, BIG kitchen, high ceilings, marble countertops, tile floor in the kitchen and wood in the bedroom, multiple skylights in the ceiling so LOTS of sunlight during the day! Laundry in the basement. There is a deli below the apartment and down the block, and several nice little coffee shops nearby. Grocery store by the Gates J.

The room available has direct access to fire escape. It is furnished with a bed and a desk if you’d like to use, but can be taken out if needed. Has a good sized closet and above it is a lofted storage area for any extra storage needs.

Apartment is an 8 minute walk to the Gates J/Z, and 15 to the Myrtle/Wychoff L. Much shorter to the L if you can catch the B52 bus a block away.

2 chill male roommates, both freelance in the audio and film industry, must be cat friendly
