My name is Ray, I have vacant rooms looking for tenant(s) to join lease on January or February. Location is 1600 ft west of City Park, zip 80205.

1000 sqft including 3 bedrooms, 1 livingroom and 2 bathrooms. In addition to security deposit, Rent will be about $890 per person with utility included plus additional security deposit.
First floor comes with the living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage closet. Second floor comes with 3 bedrooms ( 2 of them are for renting, unfurnished ), one bathroom and balcony. Apartment comes with its free parking lot and a never-busy laundry room one floor below.

Lease is one-year term, application needs to be approved by the property management in order to join lease. At the moment the apartment is somewhat furnished on the living room and the bedroom unfurnished. Any adjustment can be considered and made to that based on tenant’s preferences.

More about the location:
The apartment location is only a few minutes drive from downtown. The area is peaceful with lots of greeneries. Only takes 7-minute walk to get to City Park and 5 to 10-minute drive to all kinds of stores big and small near the area.

Applicants need to agree to keep shared space reasonably tidy, has a stable job or source of income and with no criminal background.
