I am 25 (male) and work in Mountain View but WFH 4 days a week so I have a desk in the corner of the living room. Occasionally I have field work and may leave for a few days at a time. I don't smoke or do drugs, but I'll have a glass of wine on a weekend. I mostly play videogames on my computer, watch the Warriors and go to the gym on weeknights. I'm a bit of a night owl but I try to go to sleep around 11-11:30 on weeknights. I cook for myself two or three times a week, and I'm happy to share the space if you like to cook a lot for yourself. I mostly do my dishes on time and try to do a thorough clean of the house on saturday or sunday, and take quick showers to not hog the bathroom. I'm looking for someone with similar standards for sharing an apartment like that. I don't have any pets but I'm not against them, I think they require a fee under the lease though.

2 Bed 1 Bath Apt right off polk street
Hello, I'm looking for a housemate to fill a room in a 2 bd/1 bath apartment, just off of polk and near broadway. The room is a bit bigger than 10x10 with a large closet and carpeted floors. The room is not furnished, but I already have furniture for the main area of the apartment, including a a large TV and all kitchen appliances (its new stuff I just moved to SF last year).
The whole apartment is about 1000 sq ft. The kitchen has a dishwasher and lots of cabinet space, and there is one laundry machine for the building, but personally I go to one of the laundromats that's 2 blocks away since it is the same price. The apartment is on the second floor of a three story building and faces away from the street, so it is very quiet most of the time. All the neighbors around us are chill as well. The living room has big windows and gets lots of light, and there are two storage closets also. Water is included, but we pay other utilities.
I'm looking for a longer term tenant, let me know what your schedule is like and we can work something out. I may be slightly biased but I think this apt is a steal considering other housing prices around here.
