I am a single mom of 2. We have a very large 2 bedroom mainfloor apartment with an eat in kitchen, dining room and garage. Large windows in all rooms. 2 entrances but only 1 bathroom. I have 2 cats and would be fine with you having a cat. You can use my garage for storage but there is no parking except on the street. No smoking. I don't drink at home. I don't smoke. My kids are awesome. No drama.

Single mom of 2. I have 2 cats. You can have a cat. No visitors for you but you can hang out anywhere in the apartment. Mainfloor very spacious large windows lots of sun. We share the bathroom and kitchen. My dad comes over every day to help with childcare. He's nice! You can use my garage for storage. My daughters are young and awesome.
