Hey guys. My boyfriend’s roommate is moving out and he needs someone to move into his 2 bedroom apartment in Quayside Towers in Miami Shores. The lease ends in March so there’s a possibility to resign (he doesn’t have a Facebook so I’m posting for him) Rent is $2000/month and you’ll have your own private room and bathroom. The complex is a gated community with tons of amenities including:
- Indoor and outdoor pool
- Cold plunge and spa
- Hot tubs and sauna
- Tennis and pickleball courts
- Fitness center
- Marina
- Cafe
The apartment is filled with artwork (he’s an artist), and the space he is very clean!! He’s very atheletic and likes to play soccer, tennis and go to the gym.
