Seeking male roommate for our third bedroom 850 per month!!

Hello all my female roommate and I looking to rent our third bedroom in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo overlooking the harbor and Queen Mary in the heart of downtown Long Beach! I have lived in this unit for almost 6 years and love it! The views are spectacular and the rent is the best in town! The room is private and you will share the second bathroom with myself. The female roommate has the master on the opposite side of the unit. The unit itself is very spacious that includes a remodeled kitchen, washer dryer in unit, wrap around balcony and again most spectacular views of Long Beach and even LA. Pictures don’t do the view Justice. The property has 24 hr security, heated pool, fully upgraded gym. (Upgraded during Covid) recreation room, and smart lockers for packages.

A little bit about us. I am a 37 year old professional/student. I work full time and attend school part time so I am rarely home. I basically only sleep there. The female roommate is. 27 year old professional as well whom works in the beauty and restaurant industry. We are very chill, low drama type individuals and we are seeking someone who will be well suited for us. We also have two animals and small behaved dog, and a cat. (Sorry no more animals are allowed)

We are looking for a male professional roommate whom works full time. (Please no work from homes). Someone who cleans after himself, drama free, respectful, quiet, doesn’t bring in guests all the time and pays bills on time. We have built a great relationship with our landlord and we want to maintain it. Our lease is month to month and ultilities are around 100.00. That includes internet and cable.
