Julian has been a friend for 5+ years. He is clean cut, neat, and always presentable. He is reliable, intelligent, kind, and courteous. His living space is kept much like his appearance which is clean, neat and orderly.

Julian and I have known each other for over 8 years. He’s very particular when it comes to his space and likes things to be neat and orderly. He takes pride in his home, appearance, and work so I’m certain that he’ll make a great roommate if selected. He’s also very keen on respecting others and their space so as long as those parameters are in place there should be no issues.

I know Julian through his father. I have known him for 9 years. He has stayed at my house when he is in Chicago. Julian stays busy so would give a roommate some space. He is extroverted and fun to be around. He cares about his appearance and clothes. He has a small footprint in terms of not needing a lot of space for “stuff”. He’s neither a neat fanatic or a slob. Somewhere in between.

Julian is a great guy. I’ve known him over 10 years. I’ve always known him to be clean and organized. I’d highly recommend him!

Julian is direct in communicating on what needs that need to be brought to light. Being a teacher, he is great at leading but also a great listener, being able to see things from all sides. I’ve known Julian for several years since we’ve become family and know he is tidy in all aspects of life, including but not limited to his home dwelling. Julian is a realist who has great opinions and suggestions when it comes time for any type of compromise. He is dedicated to things that are necessary to keep life moving forward and progressing in a healthy manner.
