I'm renting a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house in an exclusive Green Valley Ranch community. This quiet, gated community is guarded by 24/7 security plus a roaming patrol officer, has a gorgeous pool, and several green spaces. It is located near many restaurants, shopping areas, fitness centers, hiking trails, parks, and medical facilities.

My house specifically has all of the usual amenities- washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc, plus a spacious open floor plan with three indoor leisure areas [living room, loft, and breakfast nook], a two car garage, and a privacy fence surrounding a peaceful and inviting backyard.

I have two bedrooms available for rent with similar square footage. They share a jack & jill bathroom [one shower, one toilet, two sinks]. There's a half bath as well.

A: 12x12, large closet

B: 14x10, two average closets

I am looking for roommates who are introverted or ambiverted [read: home is a sanctuary not an entertainment space], clean/tidy, employed full time [landlord requires proof of income], and have credit scores of 620 or higher [landlord does credit/background checks].

Perfect situation for someone who has the budget for a sketch studio apartment but would rather live in a safe, beautiful house.
