Hi! My name is Kayla and I have a dog named Maya, who is basically my whole life. I love to go on walks with her and hikes when I can. Cute Condo in West Alexandria
My apartment is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath condo in West Alexandria, right off of 395 and close to Del Ray, Shirlington, and Old Town. The apartment is fully furnished except for the spare bedroom, which has its own full bathroom across the hall with double sinks and a large closet space. The apartment is about 1200 sq ft in total, with a small dining space and a half bath on the first floor with both bedrooms being upstairs. Parking in the surface lot is first come first serve and there is a garage spot that I normally rotate use of depending on parking availability. All utilities, including WiFi, and parking are included in the price of rent. There is a large TV downstairs in the living room that cannot be heard upstairs. The apartment also has a large balcony that gets beautiful sunset views and has patio furniture. The condo has a pool, gym and a doorman who collects packages. Condo is walking distance to a nearby Giant and has multiple bus stops close by.
