Roommate Needed ASAP to take over lease - can move 8/1, 8/15, 9/1

Hi, I am moving out of the city for work and looking for someone to take over my lease asap! Move in can be 8/1, 8/15, or 9/1 but the earlier the better. I LOVE this building - definitely one of the best in Kips Bay. All staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, shared spaces are clean, grocery store and gym are on-site, and our view of NYC is unreal.

This room is a flex with 1ft clearance at the top of the wall (already set up), but apartment is massive so I hardly hear my roommate and vice versa unless we are in the kitchen area.

My roommate is my best friend - she is 23 from California and works in media sales. She is definitely the best person I have ever lived with - super outgoing, friendly, adventurous, and amazing at cooking. I will be jealous of anyone who takes over my lease :)

Lastly, I have furniture in my flex room that can be purchased for relatively cheap (shelves, dresser, nightstand, potentially bed frame, floor lamp, and mattress).
