Large Private Bedroom Available in Spacious Toluca Lake House
I have a room available in my spacious Toluca Lake house. The private bedroom has two walk-in closets, tiled floor, three large windows, and a ceiling fan.
The common areas include a full kitchen with a refrigerator, plenty of cabinet space, espresso machine and dish washer. The living room has a TV and massage chair. There’s a front porch and backyard patio for private outdoor space. Washer and dryer are available as well as extra storage space in the garage.
There’s plenty of restaurants and grocery options nearby. Universal Studios and Universal Metro station is walking distance, Disney, CBS, and WB are short drives away.
This quiet neighborhood has lots to offer. Past roommates have stayed for years because of the appeal of this place and neighborhood.
