We are looking to fill two of the six bedrooms in our two level home. We have a German Shepard and two kitties living with us. Everyone is clean and respectful. LGBTQ+/420 friendly. No hard drugs, no pets please. We are a generally quiet and reserved house but we all get along well and hangout often. We are welcoming but you aren’t obligated to hangout with us. Guests are welcome but no parties. We are all vaccinated and left leaning. Mostly female household. W/D in unit, Heat/AC, wood floors, plenty of storage, pretty big backyard with garden space for you to use. We’re two blocks from New seasons, one mile from downtown St. Johns. Room #1 is $530/month and is available 3/1/22. Room #2 is $550/month, available 3/15/22 and has private entrance to the back porch/backyard. Utilities including WiFi average out to about $100 month. The tv in the living room has Netflix, Hulu, hbo max and Amazon prime. If I still have your attention this far ask me any questions you have! We’re looking for someone asap. Security deposit is equal to first months rent (move in cost would be $1060-1100) utilizes are due at the end of the month.
