Master Suite in Shared Townhouse
Amazing master suite available in the Landmark area of Alexandria. We are two young women professionals looking for a third housemate.
About the room and house: Huge master suite with cathedral ceilings, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with separate shower and soaking tub. Washer/Dryer in house. Utilities are shared and average $100/month per person. Brand new HVAC unit and windows throughout.
About us: We're chill ladies and work normal hours during the week. We like to hang out occasionally in the evenings but generally go our own ways on weekends.
Location: Across the street from MetroBus and DASH to Pentagon and Van Dorn Metro stations and elsewhere in Alexandria and Arlington. Walking distance to brand new Giant grocery store, Marshalls, multiple takeout places, Post office, 7-11, and a city park.
No drugs, smoking, or pets except socially awkward fish.
