About me:
I moved to New York right before the pandemic from Montreal and have stuck with it ever since!
Outside of making ads, I’m a poet and photographer who loves hosting a nice dinner party with friends and creating a cozy home environment.
I am a tidy roommate and mostly have quiet weeknights, bar a dinner here or there, as I work long hours. I work remotely a majority of the time. Ideally looking for someone who wants to create a cozy home space and loves to host on weekends and lie a bit lower during the week. Currently looking for a roommate for our cozy 3 bed apt. in Williamsburg for long term sublet. Move in Nov. 1. Priority given to those looking to move in for Nov. year sublet.
About the roommates:
We are two women in our mid-’s who work as young professionals in advertising and foreign affairs respectively. We prioritize a communicative, cozy home environment. We work long hours(both hybrid remote and in office), so having a safe, comfortable, clean home environment is important to us. We are often more quiet on week nights, but love to host dinner parties etc. with friends and enjoy the weekends. We are a fairly social house and love being able to host friends and share our space for dinners, etc. Ideally looking for someone who would also like to share a positive home environment like this.
About the apartment:
The apartment is a three bedroom in the heart of Williamsburg that features Central AC/ Heat (rarity during HOT NYC summers), and large windows throughout. Apartment has great sunlight and the communal area is furnished with any living room, kitchen, etc. needs you might have (plus a dishwasher!)! Your bedroom features a closet and window with natural light and fits a full/ queen size bed, desk, etc. Scenic fire escape and full finished roof with cinematic views (can see Macy’s fireworks from it!)! Laundry in building, but dry cleaner etc a stone’s throw away if you prefer those!
About the location:
Apartment is located in Williamsburg. Perfectly situated in Williamsburg blocks from Domino Park and between the Bedford L and Marcy J/M. Metropolitan Ave G a short walk away. Can be in Manhattan in around minutes! Cute coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc on every corner. Trader Joe’s less than mins walk away, as well as Foodtown, Whole Foods, specialty markets, etc etc.
