1-bathroom apartment upper west side direct line to Central Park entrance and a block from Lincoln Center. Def one of the fastest commutes if you work in the city. Roommates in their 20’s and 30’s, young professionals working, artist and creatives in NYC! House is not great for studying or working from home.

The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up building. It’s an artist building, no elevators, no doormen, just old school NYC.
It’s an open concept living room/kitchen area facilitates a warm communal living environment, fun atmosphere. Comfortable living room huge TV. Open kitchen includes all a dishwasher, stove, air fryer, blender, fridge Ect. We are pretty set with furniture. It’s for someone who is move in ready, on the go, Not for someone who works from home or stays in their room without socializing. The house is big on athletics, laughing and keeping a fun vibe of the house.
Too small for couples.

I am a fun,and busy professional photographer looking for a laid-back yet reliable fun easy going roommate - of any gender - to share a pre-war apartment on the UWS just a few blocks from Lincoln Center.

Dancer, a student, works a lot, funny and chill.

You Room:

Room #1 ($1,675) unfurnished! Will fit a queen sized bed as pictured. There is room for a desk. This room also has one big window, lots of lights in the morning til afternoon, hardwood floors and high ceilings big closet with selves.
This place is great for someone busy and doesn’t work from home! Non smoker preferred. Female preferred. Looking preferably for someone to stay the length of a the lease (June 1st 2024 to April 30th 2025) but willing to discuss 6 months arrangements as well. We are all vaccinated.

If you love running/ biking or just chilling in the sun we are right in between Central Park and the River. Central Park’s best features: Sheep’s Meadow, Tavern on the Green, and Bethesda Fountain! Trader Joe's and Fairway are less than five blocks away, and Gourmet Garage a block over.The building and neighborhood are safe and friendly and if you’re lucky you’ll get a spot for street parking.

First month and security needed upon move in. Utilities are from $60-$85 a month
